Orders & Returns
All our products are Cut & Made upon Ordering. If you want to return or exchange the Order placed via Phone or Online, please read our return policy conditions below and we will issue a credit or exchange within 5 Business Days upon package recieved at our warehouse. Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return the standard products subject to the following conditions.
All Returns or exchanges must be preapproved with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email us to get your RMA.
Returns or exchanges after 10 days will not be allowed from the day shipment delivered. Orders that are refused when shipping carriers attempt to deliver the products will be charged minimum of 75% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
ORDERS ONCE PLACED VIA PHONE OR ONLINE CANNOT BE CANCELLED IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, FOR CANCELLATION OF PROCESSED ORDERS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% RESTOCKING FEE.

All Returns or exchanges must be prepaid basis. Any discrepancies should be reported within 2 days of receipt of your order. Original packing and carton labels should remain intact for our verification while returning goods. Returns will not be accepted without RMA.
Restocking Charge of 50% is applicable on all returns & exchanges for all items sold on www.linenorder.com. 50% Restocking Charge on the total product Value is charged for Returns/Exchanges.
Items those are not returnable
Used or Washed items are not returnable at any cost. Custom manufacture products are specially made for you and cannot be returned. Sample orders, products without original packing are not returnable.
Discontinued Fabrics & Clearance Products
Discontinued Fabrics and Clearance Products are not returnable as we offer them at heavily discounted prices.
